Prices vary depending on the number of players, applicable promotions or discounts, among other factors.

Misty Forest reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. Changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid.

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance using the calendar available on the website and by completing the required fields.

Payment must be made through a secure payment gateway (VISA or Mastercard). Misty Forest will not have access to the customer's bank details.

Once payment has been completed, a booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. If it is not received, players must notify Misty Forest, preferably via WhatsApp.

Change in the number of players: this can be modified up to one hour before the session (minimum 2 and maximum 6 players). Any price difference will be paid at the end of the game. www.mistyforest.es/reservas/modificar

Change of date or time: allowed up to 72 hours before the start of the session. After that deadline, changes will not be accepted. www.mistyforest.es/reservas/modificar

Cancellation: it can be made through www.mistyforest.es/reservas/cancelar

No refunds will be made in any case for cancellation, no-show or delays exceeding 10 minutes.

Kids Version: from 2 to 6 players aged between 8 and 16 years.

Teams with members aged 16 or younger: at least two members of the group must be adults, who will be responsible for them and their actions.

Groups with 17-year-old players: they must include at least one adult who will be responsible for them and their actions.

If these requirements are not met, the session will be cancelled and the booking amount will not be refunded.

Misty Forest may contact players to offer promotions. Customers may unsubscribe automatically at www.mistyforest.es/baja-promociones.

Misty Forest reserves the right of admission.

In the event of serious hygiene issues or if we suspect that any player is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or attempts to smoke during the game, the session will be stopped immediately and cancelled, with full loss of any right to a refund. Threatening objects will not be allowed either.

Any violent or disrespectful attitude, or any behaviour that puts staff, other players or the facilities at risk, will result in immediate expulsion without the right to a refund.

Players who voluntarily leave the activity will not be entitled to a refund.

Following the Game Master's instructions at all times is mandatory.

Recording, photographing or disclosing details of the game is forbidden.

At the start of the activity, players will be provided with shoe protectors, which must be worn at all times.

If any of the rules are breached, players will be expelled immediately, with no right to any refund or compensation.

Misty Forest is not responsible for personal injury or material damage resulting from improper use of the facilities or failure to comply with the rules.

In the event of serious technical problems, the Game Master's illness or force majeure, Misty Forest may suspend the activity and offer the customer either a refund of the amount paid or a change of date, subject to availability.

Redeemable at any time, subject to availability.

They are valid for 365 days from the moment of purchase.

If a gift card expires, its amount will not be refunded.

Handling of items: objects, mechanisms and set pieces in the room must be used only for the purpose of the game, following the staff's instructions. If an item does not open or come off easily, it must be understood that it should not be manipulated in any other way. Forcing, tearing off or improperly handling any object is forbidden.

Physical safety: climbing on furniture or decorations, climbing walls, hanging from projections or carrying out any action that may risk the physical safety of players or the integrity of the room and its elements is strictly forbidden.

Liability for damage: any damage or breakage caused by improper use of the game elements will be the responsibility of the player or team, who must pay the cost of repair or replacement.

Personal belongings: all personal belongings, including electronic devices, food, bags, etc., must be left in the designated area before the activity begins. They may be collected at the end of the session.

Punctuality: the session will start at the booked time. Please ring the doorbell only at the start time and with all team members present. It is not necessary to wait at the door in advance, although allowing enough time to arrive is recommended, especially due to parking difficulties in the area.

Delays: once 10 minutes have passed from the agreed start time, the activity will be considered cancelled and the booking amount paid will not be refunded.
